You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs (unless it is stated that shipping is free) both for delivery and in the event of returning your item.  Shipping costs are non-refundable.  If you receive a refund, the cost of any return shipping will be deducted from this refund.

Our responsibility and commitment to you.

You (the customer) are responsible for tracking your delivery once it has left us. Our responsibility ends as soon as the item is handed to the courier or their representitive, although we will help where we can. If you want to add insurance or a faster timescale to your delivery you must ask for this at the time of ordering.

If your delivery is delayed or lost.

If for some reason it does not get to you on the day stated, you must alert us within 7 (SEVEN) days of the delivery due date, failure to do so within this time period will make tracing the item very difficult although not always impossible. If the item has been lost in transit, any replacement or refund will be at our discretion and only on or after satisfactory investigation by ourselves AND the courier company. Whilst there is no guarantees on how long this will take, we will do our utmost to make this process as fast and pain free as possible.



You have 30 calendar days to return and item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you receive it.  Your item must be in the original packaging.

ALL returned items need to have a receipt or proof of purchase.


Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.

If your return is approved we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).  You will receive the refund within the time scale determined by your card issuer’s policies.
